Medareview provides professional review response and complaint resolution services to businesses across Australia. Services are delivered via membership plans or as otherwise agreed with clients.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Your membership begins once payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Membership benefits and inclusions are detailed on our Website and may be updated from time to time.

  • Medareview reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue membership features with reasonable notice.

3. Payments

  • Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Payments can be made via the methods listed on our Website (e.g., credit card, direct debit).

  • If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or cancel your access to services until payment is made.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice via email to info@medareview.com.au

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service unless required by law.

 

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information to enable us to perform review responses.

  • Not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Acknowledge that while we provide professional responses, final responsibility for customer relationships rests with your business.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medareview is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services in the 3 months prior to the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our Website are owned by or licensed to Medareview. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your personal information.
